Before you start
Sign in to HubQuery with the account that should perform this task. If you manage more than one role (Agent, Host, Landlord), switch to the correct dashboard view from the header before continuing. Turn on notifications under Dashboard → Settings → Notifications so you do not miss important updates.
Off-plan installment payments linked to a construction milestone are held in escrow until HubQuery verifies geotagged site progress. Ungated lines (typical deposits) credit immediately.
Who it's for
Developers selling off-plan units, buyers paying installments, and Super Admins who approve proofs.
Steps
- Set project latitude and longitude on off-plan or construction projects.
- Add milestones with a tranche amount. Link installment plan lines to a milestone.
- When a buyer pays a linked installment, funds show as escrowed — not withdrawable.
- Upload a geotagged photo from the site. Nova screens authenticity; Super Admin approves release.
- Rejected proofs leave funds held. Upload a new photo; there is no automatic refund.

If something goes wrong
If a screen does not load or a button is missing, refresh the page, sign out and back in, and confirm you are using the correct role. Check that your country hub supports the feature. For billing or access issues, open Help → Submit a request with your account email, a short description, and a screenshot if possible. We aim to respond as soon as we can.
