Before you start
Sign in to HubQuery with the account that should perform this task. If you manage more than one role (Agent, Host, Landlord), switch to the correct dashboard view from the header before continuing. Turn on notifications under Dashboard → Settings → Notifications so you do not miss important updates.
Developer project management includes a stacking plan (units by block/floor and sale status) and channel partners (verified agents or agencies with a commission).

Who it's for
Developer accounts managing off-plan or multi-unit projects.
Steps
- Open the project → Manage.
- On the Units tab, use the stacking plan to set block, floor, unit number, and status (Available / Reserved / Under contract / Sold).
- When the project is published, buyers see the same stacking plan and unit mix on the public hub at
/{country}/new-projects/{slug}. Available units open the listing; reserved or sold units stay visible but are not clickable. - Upload a masterplan image and a project brochure on the project form. These appear on the public hub (not only on individual unit attachments).
- Search collapses units from a published project into one project card that opens the hub. Individual unit pages still work and include a breadcrumb back to the project.
- Assign a verified agent as a project-wide or unit-level channel partner and set commission %.

If something goes wrong
If a screen does not load or a button is missing, refresh the page, sign out and back in, and confirm you are using the correct role. Check that your country hub supports the feature. For billing or access issues, open Help → Submit a request with your account email, a short description, and a screenshot if possible. We aim to respond as soon as we can.
