Developers use project timelines and Gantt-style views to plan phases and show buyers progress on HubQuery.
Who it's for
Developer accounts managing off-plan or construction projects.
Before you start
- Create the project under Dashboard → Projects.
- List major phases (foundation, structure, finishing, handover).
Steps
- Open Dashboard → Developer → Projects → [project].
- Click Timeline or Gantt.
- Add milestones with start/end dates and dependencies if supported.
- Update percent complete as work progresses.
- Link milestones to Buyer updates when sending photos.
- Buyers with portal access see read-only timeline on their dashboard.
What you should see
- Gantt bars per phase with today marker.
- Overdue milestones highlighted.
If something goes wrong
- Timeline empty – Add at least one milestone and save.
- Buyers cannot view – Link buyer to unit and enable portal permissions.
- Dates wrong – Drag bars or edit milestone dates; notify buyers of changes.
