Before you start
Sign in to HubQuery with the account that should perform this task. If you manage more than one role (Agent, Host, Landlord), switch to the correct dashboard view from the header before continuing. Turn on notifications under Dashboard → Settings → Notifications so you do not miss important updates.
Every HubQuery member role has an overview home with the same section rhythm: greeting, stats, lists, promos, analytics charts, and quick actions.
Section order
- Greeting — personalized welcome with your name and role.
- Overview & stats — up to four KPI cards (listings, bookings, leads, etc.).
- Lists — active bookings, leases, or today's tasks (role-dependent).
- Promo — HubValue, ads, or cross-sell when relevant.
- Analytics — charts (typically four in a grid).
- Actions — quick links such as My Listings, Leads, or Calendar.
Roles
Agent, Buyer, Agency, Developer, Landlord, Tenant, Host, Service Pro, Housekeeper, and Guest each have a dedicated overview route. Switch roles from the dashboard header if you have more than one.

If something goes wrong
If a screen does not load or a button is missing, refresh the page, sign out and back in, and confirm you are using the correct role. Check that your country hub supports the feature. For billing or access issues, open Help → Submit a request with your account email, a short description, and a screenshot if possible. We aim to respond as soon as we can.
